In addition, Stuart is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge and is also a member of the Leadership Council of the Rand Corporation in Santa Monica and is a Fellow at the Ponemon Institute, the world-leading data security/privacy Think Tank. Stuart resides in Los Angeles with his wife and four kids. He is conversational in Japanese and has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a Masters degree in International Politics from Cambridge University in the U.K.
