HP and In-House Corporate Legal Departments Training Programs for Junior Lawyers

I had heard about HP's internal training program for lawyers before and always found it a potentially compelling proposition: Firms that actually invest in their lawyers and do not pass that learning curve (with all of its associated costs) to clients.
