French Say "Oui" to Ohio Shale Gas Reserves

In what reflects tectonic shifts in the global balance of energy power back to North America, the French oil group Total SA (TOTF.PA) announced it is investing $2.3 billion into the development of U.S. shale gas reserves in Ohio.
