Homeowner Challenges to Property Tax Assessments

As property values remain depressed in most of the country (especially in foreclosure capitols like Florida, Arizona, Nevada and California), we will see more of these challenges. Some will fail. Others will not. The net result will likely be further pressures on state and local government coffers.
