ABA Details Reasons for Denying Accreditation to Duncan Law School

Recall that immediately following a New York Times piece that was critical of ABA accreditation procedures (and, notably, in the article, Duncan was prominently featured) the ABA denied Duncan's accreditation application. A lawsuit immediately ensued.
